Transparency & Compliance

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 12, 2026 | Tiny Terra Studio

1. Commitment to Player Privacy

Tiny Terra Studio ("we", "us", or "our") develops and publishes Tiny Terra. We believe in providing an enriching, peaceful diorama building simulation while honoring your fundamental right to data protection and transparency.

This Privacy Policy explains the nature of information processed when you enjoy Tiny Terra, how data is managed, and the safeguards we employ to keep your experience secure.

2. Data Collection & Processing Practices

We believe in strict data minimization. The application is built so that gameplay progression, unlocked Codex entries, and custom diorama creations are stored primarily in your local sandbox.

  • Local Gameplay Data: Tile configurations, achievement milestones, and scenario completion stars are retained directly in your device storage.
  • Diagnostics & Technical Telemetry: To guarantee app stability and performance across diverse iOS devices, the application may securely transmit non-personal technical telemetry (such as OS version, device architecture, memory load, and crash logs).
  • Remote Configuration Services: Tiny Terra communicates with authenticated server endpoints to retrieve timely seasonal event announcements, game parameter adjustments, and support channel references.

3. Third-Party Attribution & Analytics Services

To evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, analyze gameplay performance, verify milestone completions, and prevent fraudulent installation traffic, Tiny Terra integrates industry-standard third-party attribution and analytics frameworks (specifically Adjust GmbH).

  • Purpose of Processing: Campaign attribution, install conversion analysis, feature engagement telemetry, and verifying achievement milestone unlock validity.
  • Data Elements Processed: When authorized by you via iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT), the device's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) may be processed for measurement and attribution. In addition, standard technical network parameters (such as country-level IP geolocation, device model, operating system version, and system language) are utilized.
  • User Transparency & Opt-Out: You maintain complete control over tracking permissions. You may enable or revoke tracking authorization at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Tiny Terra. Denying or revoking this permission will not restrict or impair any single-player gameplay, diorama creation, or offline features.
  • Strict Non-Sale Commitment: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or device data to data brokers, credit bureaus, or unauthorized third parties.

4. Data Retention & Safeguards

Technical logs and session records are retained only for the duration required to achieve diagnostic and optimization purposes, after which they are routinely aggregated or expunged. All data in transit utilizes modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3/1.2) encryption protocols.

5. Children’s Privacy

Tiny Terra is designed as a relaxing, family-friendly environmental diorama simulation suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under applicable local legal age thresholds).

6. Policy Updates & Inquiries

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect evolving technical practices or regulatory requirements. Any modifications will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.
