Welcome to Tiny Terra. By downloading, accessing, or playing Tiny Terra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please do not use the application.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tiny Terra Studio ("Studio", "we", "us").
2. Limited End-User License
Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms and Apple App Store Terms of Service, Tiny Terra Studio grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and play Tiny Terra for non-commercial, personal entertainment purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All software code, visual artwork, isometric tile graphics, diorama models, user interface designs, sound effects, musical arrangements, and trademarks in Tiny Terra are the exclusive proprietary property of Tiny Terra Studio or its licensors.
- You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract source algorithms from the application.
- You may not modify, distribute, broadcast, license, or sell any assets or derivative works derived from Tiny Terra without our express prior written permission.
4. Gameplay Data & Sandbox Content
You retain the freedom to create unique floating island arrangements and share gameplay captures in accordance with fair-use guidelines. However, you acknowledge that progress records, achievement tallies, and unlock states are subject to local storage lifecycle and device backup parameters.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Tiny Terra is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and bug-free diorama experience across supported iOS operating systems, we do not warrant that gameplay will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with obsolete or modified hardware.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tiny Terra Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the application.
7. Modifications & Inquiries
We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms at our discretion. Any revisions will become effective immediately upon posting to this portal.
